FilofaxShop delivers to you using 3 different freight companies based on weight and destination of order;

Destination Shipping:

** WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES **

Delivery up to 10 working days. We dispatch within 3-5 working days from order, due to Australia Post delivery times there may be a delay experienced with some items.

** DUE TO HIGH VOLUME (ESPECIALLY DURING AND POST SALE PERIODS), ORDERS MAY BE DELAYED FOR UP TO 10 DAYS NEW FLAT FEE FREIGHT & HANDLING Australia-wide = $2 regular, Zealand = $9 Flat Rate

Your shipping cost is kept to a minimum, whilst allowing speedy delivery. You will not be charged an additional shipping cost for any backordered items (items temporarily out of stock) that we ship to you at a later date. All shipping charges are in Australian dollars.

Shipping charges are subject to change.

For larger quantity orders or oversized products, we will contact you and advise the shipping costs in advance. In some countries there may be duties and taxes imposed on your order that aren't reflected in our prices. Check with your local Customs office for those charges.

Returns Policy: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will NOT pay the return shipping costs if we do not deem it to be a manufacturers fault. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Any items bought at special discounted prices are non-refundable
